Recipe of the week: Arugula salad with pears

Summer is right around the corner and I am already trying out some new recipes. Light, fresh and easy to prepare, here is one of my favorites!

  • Arugula
  • Pear 
  • Raisin
  • Walnuts 
  • Goat cheese
Make sure the pear is sliced thin. For the dressing, you can use balsamic vinegar or you can go Brazilian style, and use olive oil, fresh lime, salt and pepper. I hope you enjoy!
